clean hotel lovely staff comfy beds
the hotel was very clean! the staff were lovely, i found the beds super comfy! i also liked that the hotel had a very good choice of food at breakfast.

a decent stay
clean room stylish room rooftop pool fabulous view excellent location low-quality food small parking ramp absence
the room was clean and stylish. the space was well-designed (i liked that!). the rooftop pool offered fabulous views. the location of the hotel was great.
i encountered some issues with the food quality . the food seemed repetitive, and of low quality. there was no ramp for access with luggage. the parking was quite small (it was hard to park with a large car).

paper ticket missing compensation
i was disappointed with the lack of clarity regarding the pool towels. despite returning them, i was refused a refund of 30 euros because of a paper ticket i never received. it seems illogical that they had no record of the returned towels, considering i physically handed them back to reception (i expected a more streamlined process).

surprisingly good stay
terrace with sunbed spacious shower comfortable bed
the room was great, a double room terrace. i appreciate the terrace with double sunbed, table and chairs. the shower area had led lights, it felt very spacious. beds are high, but i found them very comfortable.
i was not impressed by the safe. it costs extra money. i think it should be included.

breakfast was good, it offers lots of choice. i enjoyed the juice bar, a nice addition. the variety of foods available met expectations, catering to different tastes.

staff members were very friendly. they are also helpful with requests. the hotel is clean, reflecting the attentiveness of the cleaning staff, who did great work.

balanced stay
helpful staff modern feel double sunbed expensive charge unclear information safe hire
i liked the modern feel. the staff were very helpful, especially at the bar. our room had a terrace, it features a double sunbed plus table and chairs.
some information seemed only available on the website, it was not very clear on how things worked. i was not impressed that you had to pay to hire a safe. the spa charges felt expensive, especially for just using the pool, sauna, and steam room.
